Characteristic:
When calculating the rotation angle, calculate the required displacement of each axis through the following formula to obtain the correct value.
Data calculation:
X1 axis: δ X1=R cos ( δθ + θ X1+ θ 0)-R cos ( θ X1+ θ 0)
X2 axis : δ X2=R cos ( δθ + θ X2+ θ 0)-R cos ( θ X2+ θ 0)
Y axis : δ Y =R sin ( δθ + θ Y+ θ 0)-R sin ( θ Y+ θ 0)
δ X1 : Relative feed amount of X1 axis (mm) }
δ X2 : Relative feed amount of X2 axis (mm) }( Feed amount of ball screw )
δ Y : Relative feed amount of Y axis (mm) }
θ X1 : The angular position of the rotation center connected to the X1 axis ( ° )
θ X2 : The angular position of the rotation center connected to the X2 axis ( ° )
θ Y : The angular position connected to the rotation center on the Y axis ( ° )
θ 0 : Calculate the workbench angle before action ( ° )
δθ: table rotation angle ( ° )
R : The radius distance from the center point of the platform to the center of the bearing connected to each axis
