BSQ’s JV type uses a roller cage in which precision rollers are assembled at right angles to each other, and a V-shaped groove rolling surface provided on a dedicated rail. By assembling two rows of roller guide rails in parallel, the guide rail system can withstand loads in four directions. Since preload can be applied to the cross roller guide, a slide mechanism with high rigidity and light movement can be obtained without gaps. Crossed roller guides are widely used in office equipment and peripheral machines, precision machines such as various measuring instruments and ED brush substrate drilling machines, or in the slide parts of optical testers, optical workbenches, operating mechanisms, X-ray devices, etc. .
