Cobetter SuperPVDF series is polyvinylidene fluoride filter, which is made of vinylidene fluoride filter membrane resistant to organic and inorganic solvents. It can be greatly applied to normal dye-based ink, eco-solvent dyes and color paste filtration. LHPV adopts hydrophilic modified PVDF filter membrane, it can be used directly without wetting.
Features
- PVDF micro-membrane has 100% interception efficiency to ensure absolute removal rating, which can achieve 0.1µm.
- PVDF has excellent chemical compatibility and good tolerance to conventional solvents.
- Compared with PTFE filter material, PVDF has a higher cost performance and is a more economical absolute filter for solvent ink.
- LHPV is a hydrophilic modified PVDF membrane that can directly used without pre-wetting, which is extremely simple to apply for eco-solvent products and will not cause secondary pollution.
