Cobetter Ultrapore series filter is widely applied on the final filtration of pigment inks, disperse dyed inks and ceramic inks. Multilayer ultrafine glass fiber filter membrane has the characteristics of high dirt-holding capacity, long service life, high removal rating and efficiency.
Features
- Depth filtration
The filter with deep filtration technology and pleating technology can bear high amount of pollution, but also has a high removal rate. Its interception efficiency reaches 99.9%, which is a absolute precision filter.
- Higher interception efficiency and flow rate
The outer layer adopts PP pre-filtration layer, the middle layer adopts multi-layer multi-precision glass fiber material, the innermost layer adopts nanometer PP material. It’s a new upgrade class product, provides the higher interception effect as well as the lower pressure drop and the resistance based on the original SHP.
- No-fiber releasing
The unique curing technology is used to bind and fuse fibers on the surface of the filter membrane, thereby avoiding the possibility of fiber releasing
- Brilliant gel-removing ability
Multi-layer nanoscale glass fiber and PP material make it possible to remove gelatin and kind of colloidal that is hardest one to remove.
