Availability: In StockThe compression of YS-SR series of spring & rubber blended isolator is 25 and 50mm. It can achieve a deficient level of natural frequency; thus, the anti-vibration efficiency is very high.
The product is made by combining neoprene rubber and baking varnished spring through sulphur heating in a physical and chemical process. This has improved the spring defect of quickly rusting when exposed in the air.
The combination of spring and rubber increases damping, which can reduce vibration when passing the resonant point.
The steel part is made of carbon steel (SS41); the body adopts a hot-dip galvanized anti-rust process for a longer lifetime. It's also available in stainless steel (SUS304).
The external shell is installed with a controlling screw for vertical restraint, preventing spring elongation when the load reduces.
There is a rubber muffling friction pad (6mm thick) between the base plate and support, which can prevent noise generated from high frequency and prevent slippage.
It is suitable for air-conditioning equipment, e.g. ice water machine, cooling tower, power generator and air compressor.
