1. Long service life.
Under the maximum load, most US models have an operating life of up to 20,000km (10,000km for US6 and 8), which is also the highest level of service life in the industry. The operating life of the LM guide and ball screw can also be estimated based on usage conditions.
2. Long-term maintenance-free operation performance
Since the linear guide adopts cage ball LM guide SHW type (US8) and SHS type (US12, 16 and 20), plus lubricator QZ can maintain just the right amount of lubricant in the ball screw, Therefore, this series can provide long-term maintenance-free operating performance.
The SHW type adopts a four-way equal load design and a wide track structure, so it can withstand high moment loads in the Mc direction.
The SHS type is an international standard size LM guide. Due to its four-way equal load design, it can accept loads in all directions (radial, reverse radial and transverse).
3. High speed
Most units in this series (US8 to USW20) can accommodate twice the lead type of each ball screw shaft diameter. This shortens processing time and enables the device to operate at high speeds.
4. Intelligent structure
In most units, the standard sensor is installed inside the actuator, so the actuator is very delicate (this does not apply to US6). With other sensor options, the sensor is mounted on the outside of the unit.
US8: 1 sensor (start position); USW12, 16 and 20: 3 sensors (start position and end position).
5. Easy assembly
If it is a standard unit, there are positioning pin holes on the workbench and base, and there are extension holes on the base. These assist with installation and assembly, making the installation of the unit easier. The base can be selected for top side mounting or lower side mounting (US12, 16 and 20 only).
6. Diversified series
These units can accommodate various stroke lengths, from 100mm to 1,700mm in 50mm increments. A variety of ball screw lead types are also available, allowing customers to select the unit that best suits their needs.
