THK LM Guide Clean Room Actuator – CKR Type

The LM guide actuator is a compact actuator with high rigidity and precision, including an LM guide integrated with the ball screw. The use of LM guide actuators will reduce the number of parts and design hours.

Type CKR is an actuator that meets cleanliness level 4 (ISO 14644-1:1999) through a unique gasket mechanism. The basic structure uses the well-received LM guide actuator type KR, achieving compactness and high rigidity. In addition, the LM guide and ball screw are treated with AP-C for superior corrosion resistance and use low dust-generating grease.
