Ball splines are spline bearings that guide rolling. In this innovative product, the balls in the groove are connected to the shaft, which can not only withstand higher loads than linear bushings, but also transmit torque during linear motion.

This roller spline has a large load capacity in the radial and torque directions. Since the perimeter of the spline shaft contains 2 to 3 vertices, each vertex will be supported by 2 rows (4 or 6 rows in total) of balls at each load to provide appropriate preload.
