δ x1 : Relative feed amount of X1 axis (mm) }
δ x2 : Relative feed amount of X2 axis (mm) }( Feed amount of ball screw stalk )
δ Y : Relative feed amount of Y axis (mm) }
X1x , X1y : The coordinate position connected to the rotation center on the X1 axis
X2x , X2y : The coordinate position connected to the rotation center on the X2 axis
Yx , Yy : The coordinate position connected to the rotation center on the Y axis
X : X- axis movement amount
Y : Y- axis movement amount
θ: θ axis movement amount
