Characteristic:

To measure the rotation angle, calculate the required displacement of each axis using the following formula to obtain the correct value.

 

Data calculation:

X1 axis: δX 1 =  tan θ  * (Y-X1y)+X1x * (-1+1/cos θ )+X

X2 axis: δX 2 =  tan θ  * (Y-X2y)+X2x * (-1+1/cos θ )+X

Y   axis: δY         =  tan θ  * (Yx+Yy * sin θ -X) +Yy * (cos θ -1)+Y

 

δ x1 : Relative feed amount of X1 axis (mm)  }

δ x2 : Relative feed amount of X2 axis (mm)  }( Feed amount of ball screw stalk )

δ Y  : Relative feed amount of Y axis (mm)     }

 

X1x , X1y : The coordinate position connected to the rotation center on the X1 axis

X2x , X2y : The coordinate position connected to the rotation center on the X2 axis

Yx   , Yy   : The coordinate position connected to the rotation center on the Y axis

 

X   : X-  axis movement amount

Y   : Y-  axis movement amount

θ: θ axis movement amount
