1. Equal loads in four directions
Each ball is at a contact angle of 45°, so the rated load of the inner slider can be applied evenly in 4 directions (radial, reverse radial and transverse directions). Therefore it can be used in any mounting orientation.
2. High precision
The linear guide consists of four rows of arc-shaped grooves that can move smoothly even under preload, resulting in a gap-free and highly rigid guide rail.
In addition, changes in frictional resistance caused by load changes are controlled to a minimum, meeting the need for high-precision feeding.
3. High rigidity
Due to the use of U-shaped cross-section outer guide rails, the rigidity against moment and torsion is enhanced.
4. Retainer effect (SKR)
Due to the effect of the ball retainer, SKR improves the retention of grease and achieves long-term maintenance-free operation.
(SKR20/26 only uses a ball cage in the LM guide part, and a QZ lubrication device is installed on the ball screw part.)
In addition, the basic dynamic load rating of the LM guide part and the ball screw part is larger than conventional ones, so it has a long service life.

The use of steel ball retainers eliminates friction between balls and greatly improves torque characteristics. This reduces torque fluctuations and provides excellent lubrication performance.

The LM guide part and ball screw part (SKR33/46 only) use ball retainers to eliminate the sound of collision between balls. It achieves low noise and light movement sound.
